SLC-G (HD) is a new type of Ziegler / Natta type Mg-Ti dry powder catalyst, replacing UCAT-A (2000), and also an upgraded product of our company SCG-1 (III), catalyst productivity is 6000-8000 KgPE/Kgcat, operate in the condensed mode of production processes such as Univation and GPE. Its characteristics are: good catalyst fluidity, stable feed, high activity, short residence time. The catalyst is mainly developed for the requirements of higher productivity and higher stability of the catalyst in the condensed or super condensed mode of the gas-phase fluidized bed process. It is mainly used for the production of medium and high density polyethylene products with narrow molecular weight distribution. The final polyethylene products can be used for injection molding, wire drawing, etc. The main applications are household utensils, turnover boxes, forklift trays, rotating fishing nets, etc.
