SLC-G (LD) is an upgraded product of traditional Mg-Ti based dry powder catalyst UCAT-A and catalysts SCG-1 (I) and SCG-1 (II). The catalyst productivity is 6000–11000 KgPE/Kgcat, suitable for Univation, GPE and other production processes operate in a condensed mode. It is mainly developed for the requirements of higher productivity and higher stability of the catalyst in the condensed or super condensed mode of the gas-phase fluidized bed process. It is used to produce medium and low density polyethylene products with narrow molecular weight distribution. The final polyethylene products can be used for extrusion molding, injection molding and master batch processing.
